e-aerospace builds intelligent digital tools that help pilots train smarter, decide faster, and perform with confidence, powered by real operational experience and emerging AI.
Aviation training has relied on the same methods for decades: paper manuals, static checklists, and classroom lectures that haven't kept pace with the technology pilots operate every day.
e-aerospace was founded in 2019 to close that gap. We build digital training tools that bring structure, intelligence, and real operational thinking to how pilots prepare, practise, and perform. Our tools are designed by someone who has lived the career, from the flight line to the boardroom, and understands what pilots actually need when it matters most.
Every product starts with a real operational problem and ends with a digital solution that makes training more structured, more accessible, and more effective.
The digital training platform that started it all. Sim Trainer One delivers structured, self-paced courses for airline pilots preparing for type ratings, recurrent training, and command upgrades.
A 7-phase interactive tool that digitises the Risk Management Model used by professional flight crews. From instructor scenario setup to scored decision-making and printable debrief flowcharts.
Every tool we build starts with a real operational problem and ends with a digital solution. We replace paper-based processes with structured, intelligent systems that work where it matters most.
We use artificial intelligence where it adds genuine value: smarter training flows, adaptive content, and tools that evolve with the industry. Not AI for the sake of it.
Technology serves the pilot, not the other way around. Our tools are designed for high-pressure environments where clarity, simplicity, and trust are everything.
Bryan founded e-aerospace in 2019 after recognising that the aviation training industry was overdue for a digital shift. What started with Sim Trainer One, a platform that has since trained over 3,500 pilots across 40+ countries, has grown into a mission to build intelligent tools that prepare the next generation of pilots to lead with structure, clarity, and confidence.
His career spans 15+ years in airline operations, from the flight line to fleet captain on the CRJ, through to senior executive leadership in simulation and training. He is also the host of the Bryan Air Podcast, 260+ episodes of straight-talking career intelligence for professional pilots, reaching listeners in over 40 countries.
Flight deck discipline. Boardroom strategy. Train smarter.
